Rosalie Deyo
Hello Rosalie, I also found the era of the early churches to carry significant lessons for the contemporary Christians. There were a lot of risks and costs attributed to this era. The account of Perpetua is an intriguing story that show us as Christians to be brave and have faith in Christ Jesus. She was ready to face death than renounce her Christian beliefs.
Rachael Walters
Hello Rachael, I also enjoyed the readings and accounts from the Middle Ages and the significant contribution they have in our present-day age. I agree with you that Day and Bonhoeffer were two individuals that offered insightful lessons that are crucial in today’s world. They talked about the values that Christians should have such as love, obedience, and faith.

Hello Ann, I also found the first category of sense and purpose describing me. I agree with you, with the knowledge amassed from the callings, it changes one’s view to life; as a result, prompting one to improve on how to interact with other people and other living tings in the world. In regard to finding your purpose, I will conclude with what John Henry Newman said about calling that God uses life time event to call his people.

Hello Theresa, you have deed discovered your calling and purpose in life. For many people, discovering the sense of calling is a huge task. Discovering the sense of helping others, provides you with a clear path of choosing a profession that will help you fulfill that calling. I agree with you, Newman’s assertion that God can uses a life time event or an accident to call an individual, is correct; all is required for an individual is to be obedient and answer the call.
