Employee effectiveness
The content of the above analysis of literature relating to onboarding processes and employee effectiveness to the organization reveals that successful employee orientation to the firm is an all-encompassing process. Burns (2019) states that various factors affect employees’ motivation to engage in the onboarding process. These factors have a long-term effect on successful employee performance in the days they will be working for the company. The outstanding realization from this activity is that though there is little evidence to confirm the effectiveness of onboarding processes to reduce turnover rates within the organization, consistent employee engagement processes have a significant impact on employee retention (Badsha & Bulut, 2020). Business organizations should ensure that suitable and sufficient onboarding processes are designed by the management to cater for successful orientation and continued quality performance.
