My Takeaways

At the beginning of this course, there were different expectations to do with the difficulty level. The major takeaway is that it is vital to break down tasks to achieve the bigger picture’s achievement. I am keen on using this for my classes and UDL lesson plans. Another important takeaway is that resilience often carries us through problem areas when we have the right idea and practical tools at our disposal. The discussion forums have enlightened me on learning being sort of a spiral such that you can revisit ideas you knew and learn another angle from someone else. It highlights that peer pedagogy is an equally important aspect of the learning process. The information presented during this class took various mediums, including website readings, scholarly articles, videos, all of which kept us engaged with the course material. It actually seemed like each week; there was something new to learn! That said, all my best to everyone here, it has been a pleasure being on this journey with you.

Hello Kristen,

An environment where students can provide each other with constructive feedback is genuinely what all educators should strive towards. I’m thankful that this course gave us numerous avenues to enrich each other’s work.
