Hi Alexandra,
I find your post more elaborative about ISFJ, a category where my personality fits. Your score are relatively high compared to my scores Introvert(16%) Sensing(16%) Feeling(6%) Judging(31%). Your judgment and character to maintain leadership is one that surpasses my abilities. As my category supports that ISFJ is bad at delegating, its an aspect that limits my effectiveness as a leader. However, I find the virtue of leadership being attributed to the ISFJ culture of sharing credits of accomplishment with others. But I find an issue that each ISFJ may suffer from psychosomatic illnesses due to their abuse as doormats lack being appreciated for their efforts. But ISFJs are known for their hidden analytical abilities, which could be why you perform as a Resident Advisor. Judging is a high characteristic of an ISFJ, and this makes us considerate of others.
