Comparison among the cultural differences among the biographies
There is presence of similarities and differences among the behavioral aspects of cultures in both the countries. It provides a direct effect on analyzingfindings and results in the autobiographical study in a long- term manner (Lewis and Bairatchnyi, 2017). According to the implementation of Lewin’s Cultural Dimensional Model, I belong to Indian Culture and have reactive behavior in nature. I develop considerable amount of modesty and honesty while performing my work and have developed a significant amount of patience in handling various challenging works. On the other hand, my friend belongs to Romanian culture and promotes multi-active behaviors. It sheds that he is extroverted and build lot of emotions for performing assigned work in various cultural conditions. The Lewins Model of Cultural Dimensions can infer the presence of large amount of dissimilarities among differences of cultures among India and Romania and autobiography of my friend and my colleague.
The development of reactive behavior plays a direct effect on evaluating overall culture present within the family for conducting actions and providing direct impact on the social aspects of life. In addition, it develops considerable process for handling various tasks and managing cultural communication in synchronized manner (Lewis and Kaufman, 2018). In my autobiography, there is development of preference for executing tasks in a systematic process and manage positive relationships among various people. I have monitored differences among the cultural patterns that provide direct effect on the behavioral response for myself and my colleague in the respective countries.
In the current study, there is depiction of various differences in cultural aspects present for both Indian and Romanian culture presented in the autobiography. There is strong evaluation of wide range of cultural differences present among both cultures by observing large amount of difference in various opinions for both my colleague and me in the study. It states that there is presence of large amount of differences in the thinking pattern developed among the cultural origin that leads to dissimilarity among both the nations. According to the results from the autobiography, there is wide range of change in behavior among culture of our country with my colleague’s behavior in accordance with the adaptations made in getting familiarized with local culture. This is useful for creating wide range of difference in the overall behavior patterns in compliance with Lewin’s Cultural model framework. It provides direct effect on handling difficult situations for myself and my colleague present in both the countries and analyze overall differences in the future.
It can be emphasized that introvert behavioral patterns are present for completing designated work and encourage negatives culture. This is regarded as vital comparison among both cultures of two countries and development of extrovert behavior among my colleague in performing work. It has helped create balance in the behavioral process and develops open-minded culture for managing communication (Choiet al. 2017).
The utilization of appropriate behavior creates a balance in managing complications in handling cultural aspects and provide systematical framework for transparency in the cultural framework (Kim, 2019). There is dissimilarity in other elements in managing appropriate behavior in accordance with the culture and causes differences in the biography.
In case of Indian culture, there is development of longer decision-making time processes developed for managing communication and develops understanding among one another (Guo and Spina, 2019). I have experienced that it leads to difficulty in handling tough conditions and increases sense of negativity for formulating suitable decision-making processes in various phases of life. However, in the Romanian culture, there is maintenance of quick and effective decision-making style developed for handling tough situations and reduces overall discomfort in numerous situations.
It provides positive effect on maintaining suitable relationship and adapting to the difficulties in handling cultural aspects. The utilization of appropriate decision-making style creates positive culture and opens up positive sense of mind for withstanding and reducing challenges in the future (Molodynskiet al. 2020).
It can be depicted from the above part, that there are presence of large number of differences and comparisons among the cultural aspects for both the countries.
