The ethical issue happens when there is conflict in a given decision or activity with society’s morals. Discrimination and harassment are some of the challenges in ethical issues. This harassment is based on gender, race, ethnicity, age, or disability. Another challenge is conflicting goals where an organization sets goals that are unrealistic and unattainable. For example, political issues in an organization are a client spreading rumors and hiding useful information from people.   Most employees resist change due to the fear of losing their job. When there is a change in an organization, there will be product transformation and technology advancement, which will move out to some employers.

Setting ethical standards is a strategy that is used to solve the ethical issue. For example, a company can clearly define its need through the rules and values of a company with policies and code of conduct included. It can also build ethical awareness to reduce unethical behavior. A client should be loyal in the workplace. For instance, give employees respect, praises, awards, and promotion for everything well done. A client also should become a team player to overcome political issues in the workplace. For example, a client can help in achieving the team goal and also making employees look good.
