ERP Integration

The ERP system is an integrated system that is supposed to bring in all the significant activities in business into one platform. The essence is to ensure that the market can operate from a single platform and equally develop into a dependable platform going forward. Additionally, it makes even more sense for the company to advance and come into a perfect solution that brings in all the challenges under one umbrella and puts the company to a single monitoring system. Most of these systems are existent because they purpose to improve the general operations of the organization and are equally depended upon to put the business into a functional capacity without having to stall transactions of expansion workload.

The reason why our company should be thinking about implementing an ERP solution is that there is a need to improve on the transparency levels at the business. The best way that this can indeed be done is by developing a system that fully appreciates all the significant issues that the company deals with. The solution should be able to integrate all the essential functions that this business attends to and equally touches on the ability of the business to grow in consideration of the future as a whole.

One possible challenge that the business will undergo in implementing the ERP is the distancing of the services offered by this business. Being that several stores were running simultaneously, there will most likely be a challenge when it comes to the adoption of one central system for all the branches to work on as such (Kouziokas 2016). As a business, this is a significant challenge that mostly stems from the fact that the offices are in different locations; hence they face different business dynamics that are not easy to incorporate together.
