According to Kouzes and Posner, improvement comes when we self-examine ourselves. This entails reflecting on the past, analyzing the present, and plan for the future and feeling our passion. Their statement is vital in that it helps in identifying areas we need to grow, our strengths, and what we need to develop in a given period regarding what we have learnt in class. Throughout the course, we have acquired the necessary knowledge required to successfully start and operate a small business (Darnihamedani et al., 2018). We have been exposed to various business ideas which we can venture into. We learnt how we could start a business with a little amount of money and grow into a vast business empire. I aim to utilize these aspects of small business because they will help me achieve my career goals. Am always ambitious, and I believe the knowledge gained from this class will help me become a successful businessperson.
There are several goals I have set to utilize my strengths and weaknesses. The first goal is to explore the most profitable business ideas and look for ways I can start them. The second goal is to analyze all the possible financial opportunities I can utilize to start my business. The last goal is to meet with people who started small businesses and grew them into giant corporations. Implementing the above goals will put in a better position of becoming successful in various business ventures. For mean to improve, I will acquire a positive attitude, improve my confidence levels and work hard with high levels of determination.

The course has really enhanced our entrepreneurial skills needed to start a business. I support the fact that there is a difference between a small business owner and an entrepreneur. A small business owner deals with well-known and established products and services while an entrepreneur deals with new and innovated products. One of your goals is to gather a network of professional advisors who can help you implement your business plan (Dinnar & Susskind, 2019). Professional advisors can help someone grow his or her business because they offer guidance, thus helping you avoid mistakes that you could have otherwise made. As indicated in your paper, knowledge is an essential tool in any business. A lot of experience can be gained through knowledge sharing, which is vital in running any business.

Understanding more about business management is a critical element in this course because it will equip you with the essential managerial skills needed to run any business. One of your goals is to embrace team building, and I fully support this. Teams are essential in every business setting because they enhance efficiency and effectiveness, which translates into increased productivity. Your other goal is to improve your ability to solve problems. In any business setting. Several conflicts might arise, and therefore, effective problem-solving skills are needed to address such challenges (Jaarsma et al., 2018). You also explained how effective is important in any business setting. Effective communication enhances cooperation and trust between employees leading to increased productivity and achievement of business goals and objectives.
