Behavior Log Review and Evaluation

Most Effective

The most effective communication occurred during the day when conversing with my husband at home. Social interactions among married people lead to stable communication behaviors (Gottman & Peluso, 2018). In most cases, we engaged in casual conversation as we spend most of the time together due to the current lockdown. The cheerful conversations enabled me to forget most of my problems and avoided to share.  

Least Effective

The least effective communication occurred when I called my mother in the evening. I called her from home, which forced me to explain my experience with the lockdown. In this case, I shared my problems.

Recurring Communication

The recurring communication behaviors included asking people about their challenges. After calling my friends, I enquired about their life. In this case, they shared the problems they experienced. The situation forced me to sympathize with them as they offer alternative solutions to their challenges.

Most Pressing Behavior

The communication problem identified in this case was different from the one goal for CCC. I reduced the rate of sharing my issues with other people. However, I kept enquiring about their wellbeing. In this case, I need to modify my current goals. The new target will be:
