Training is an essential aspect of ensuring productivity among the workforce in an organization as it helps in enhancing their skill, knowledge and abilities which result in making them more useful.

Training and development in an organization should be done periodically to ensure that employees are well informed and equipped to deal with new occurrences in the market to help the company achieve more.

Without training of employees, then they are rendered unproductive, which affects the productivity of the company affecting its yields.

Through the use of this training model suggested by the theory, it enhances holistic development and improvement of individuals and the group as a whole.

Activities That You Would Build From This Theory

First, I would have a session of training which will be as a lecture explaining the problem that needs to be solved and the actions that can be taken to ensure that a solution is arrived at and the issue is solved. Secondly, have the group role-play among them to display what they have learned from the lecture as it will help them internalize the knowledge and skills taught to them and also enhance their coordination and teamwork. Finally, take them to the field in the real world market and let them use the skills and knowledge they learned through the training period.

NB., it is important to ensure that what the people learn they can apply it in the real world scenario to solve the problem at hand.

Ensure that during the lecture or the training session that every instruction or proposal is audible and that everyone can understand what is being talked about.

It is advisable to use public address equipment to ensure that everything that the speaker says is audible, and people understand without a struggle.

The team member should be encouraged to talk among themselves to find a solution to the problem they are facing.

Kinesthetic Learning Style

It is important to involve the group in practical activities where they can display their acquired skills and internalize knowledge.

Through this learning style, the team will be involved in role-playing among themselves to practice the skills taught during the lecture.

The interaction among them ensures that they can face the customers in the real world.

Nb. Involving all these learning styles ensures that all the people clearly understand what they are being taught.
