Through integrating of m-commerce, some of the emerging trends relating to mobile payments, customer engagement as well as social media integration have had an upward trend inter of their usage and adoption (PAYTABS, 2019).
In cases where the business has repetitively suffered losses as a result of the decline in sales due to increased competition, adoption of m-commerce can go a long way in aiding the business increase its visibility and sales. One of the techniques will be the use of picture posts in the company’s official websites. The present generation can be dubbed as the “visual “generation and will probably react more to a piece of information in the pictorial format than textual format. Thereby posting a good Clear high-definition picture relating to what the business offers in terms of their products and services will help in increment of the company’s visibility and sales in the long run. Additionally, it’s essential to know the convenient time frame to post to ensure that the maximization of views is assured (CASAS, 2017).
Additionally, there is a need for a company to adopt a marketing action or technology that is favourable to both the customer and the company. The company, therefore, needs to take a marketing technology which will provide a notification whenever the customer is interested in a particular product that the company offers. This will go a long way in ensuring that the company works on a customized marketing strategy for the M-commerce to ensure that the customer’s needs, are met. Ultimately this will help the company to increase its visibility which will in turn increase sales leading to a higher income.
Additionally, another technique that the company can adopt involves the use of a light interface which guarantees customer’s /user’s fast access to their online shop. The company, therefore, needs to keep in mind that not every user has access to a good connection, and there are slow serves in various geographical regions as well. A slow connection will lead to the sloppiness and difficulties of the users in accessing the company’s website, and this will result in the offering of sub-standard services. Thereby, creating a lighter user interface which will be achieved by the company reducing the number of images as well as resizing of the virtual shop will go along way in increasing speed which will result to increment in visibility and sales. Additionally, the company should strive to maintain a good position in the app stores since this will help in increasing visibility. The company needs to keep conversant with the ratings of the app and make the necessary calls to ensure that the image of the app isn’t tarnished (RANK MY APP, 2019).
