Personality types are classified using four categorical pairs, otherwise known as dichotomies, viz, E/S, S/N, T/F, and J/P. E-I (Extroversion and Introversion) focuses on attitudes. ORDER 5-2

Myers-Briggs Type Inventory can be used in my chemical dependency life coaching niche to a greater extent (Jankowski, 2016). I will use this dependency to profile the personalities of people who are involved in substance use. In such cases, the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory categorizes people into eight groups in relation to their personality. People can be classified into introverts or extroverts (Sharf, 2013). I will use this inventory to find the best relapse prevention strategy o for addicts. Through the use of this strategy, I will weigh some of the best approaches I can use to deal with clients. It will also assist me in raising the self-esteem of different clients. When it comes to the counseling sessions, I will pinpoint the work that needs to be done and the kind of healing I need to be open to when it comes to different clients.  Myers-Briggs Type Inventory is also very important when monitoring the attendance of self-help groups.
