Words of encouragement:
If you’re battling negative thoughts like you aren’t good enough, not rich enough, not pretty enough or not thin enough and blah, blah, blah, just know that none of these thoughts are from the Lord. He desires to prosper us spiritually and physically. The things that we tell ourselves sometimes are not true. Here are affirmations that will help you on your journey when you come across thoughts of fear and anxiety.

A prayer:
A simple prayer that I always pray when I feel defeated: Heavenly Father, Who art in heaven, I thank you for this day, I think you for life, I think you for allowing me to be part Of today. Lord I am not worthy but when I look at how you feel about me then that is when I begin to feel worthy and amazing. I thank you and I praise you. I give you all the power, and all the glory. Bless me and my family protect us oh Lord. Heal the sick and the afflicted; Send ministering angels to help me fight this battle that is in my mind. I claim your truths; I claim your words, in Jesus name amen.

Oh Lord. Jesus, I thank you for waking me up to see another day. I thank you for giving me minds where I can think the thoughts you have for me. Although I know the spirit of fear and hopelessness does not come from you so Lord I pray that you help me battle these thoughts so that I can think the way you want me to think, forgive me for my sans watch me purge me and creating me a new character and hear my prayer Lord.
