Working together as a team in the organization
As a result of employees from different group undergoing training, and putting what they learned into practice, they were able to discover how working together as a team in the organization was necessary. They also became aware of how better communication skills could go a long way in improving customer relationships. The employees, therefore, became more efficient and effective in performing their roles. Turn over became higher in the Merger and Acquisition of group sales, which indicated improved performance. The overall performance of the organization also improved as there was an increase in profits. This improvement was determined by comparing it with the set goals in the plan. Assessment of the acceptability of the tools used in the Green Organization included interviewing the key stakeholders in the company and also customers. The respondents were issued with questionnaires that are known to be effective in the assessment procedure (Pershing, 2006). regular meetings between the main stakeholders were conducted where the progress was discussed. The research was also conducted on previous similar strategies to see how they could be customized to fit the current procedure during that time Reviews on already existing documents were also conducted. They identified recommendations that could be used to make the process work out better. Necessary adjustments to improve the efficiency were implemented. The feedback was positive, and most people agreed with the new strategies in place, which mainly revolved around enhancing communication and marketing skills. The effectiveness of our strategy was also demonstrated by numerous referrals followed after we worked with several organizations. The efficiency was also examined using questionnaires since they are effective in both assessment and evaluation.
