Effective communication helps the leader to fix problems, but only if he can listen to the feedback of others. Successful leader changes the communication style according to the situation. Effective communication requires the ability to send as well as receive the information between the leader and the subordinates. A good leader will listen to the problems of the employees to resolve them with the help of effective communication. The success of the high performance of the team is the responsibility of the leader by giving proper resources such as training whenever needed. The leader should help the team in the time of conflicts with appropriate guidance. To my knowledge, there is a considerable amount of effects that have common causes on my communication apprehension (CA). The first one that I believe is most important is anxiety. Another word for speech anxiety and the fear of being evaluated by my peers and strangers frightens me. I could not imagine what my audience would perceive me while in front of them. Another example would be the audience-based apprehension. I tend to get nervous with another person or individuals that want to have a conversation with me or start to ask me many questions. For instance, in case a higher person in a given meeting points me out to make a contribution or a comment to the crowd. It could have been just a regular thing, but only because of the individual’s position or ranking, I would feel frightened, thus be at unease before people. Besides systematic desensitization, we have what we can refer to as muscle relaxation, which allows one to settle and make an informed decision on his or her feedback. This is the aspect of composing own self. Generally, muscle relaxation is where the identification of your symptoms has highly dwelt. It is therefore wise to take evaluate your response before presenting your speech if you suffer short breath as it helps one gather courage and be able to face the

Hello Leigh, the effectiveness of team leadership is based on the success of the team. Whereas the leader is responsible for building an effective team by resolving the issues within the team and taking care of team needs. The leader should treat all the employees ethically in the organization. Employees will follow the ethical behavior of the leader, which leads to organizational growth. The leader should maintain ethical standards among the employees in the organization. Developing excellent ethical standards in the workplace improves productivity and teamwork.
