The analysis develops an overview of the critical thoughts on social norms of relevance to challenge gender inequalities, which affects the cultural differences in the accomplishment of the group’s specific objective. The analysis brings out together within the gender theory as well as the social norms theory to help develop a realization or understanding of what influences the gender norms at the same time how they operate in given conditions. She proves this by quitting one of the best comedy shows at the time to concentrate on running her empire i.e., television shows. Most of the people would have encouraged her to stay in the comic that she was performing rather than focusing on developing her show (Nicolini & Roig, 2016).In which according to the cultural setting, it was considered inapplicable and not achievable, but she proved the narrative wrong.

Cultural differences describe the different beliefs, language, expressions, behaviors, and practices that are bound with unique characteristics regarding members of a given ethnicity, race, and national origin. Cultural difference in our case is presented by Lucille Ball, who owns television shows that is not within the cultural expectation and upbringing within the society. Cultural traditions have dictated the role of women to be solely centered on the house chores and home activities as the men are subjected to the development project disguising the impact of women in contribution towards the achievement of the project. Women have significant leadership and skills that are most influential in ensuring the projects meet the standards expected. This is preempted by the cultural traditions that have been set up by the society which undermines and value less the impact of females in the development project which are given priority to the males who may not have the expected skills and knowledge as the females may have (Won, Hyejin & Song, Shinae, 2019). A good example is Lucille Ball, who exempts herself from being employed and focused on developing her colony, showing the availability of leadership and management characteristics.

Our culture is one of the influencers of how people see the world. The diversity of thoughts has shown the development of creativity. It fosters innovation, helps deriving solutions to problems as well as meeting the customers’ needs, which are the main objectives of the project.

  • Equal opportunities and value to both the male and female.in the previous operations, it was seen that some of the projects devalued the impact of women within their operations without having concrete reasoning for the deeds.
