Thus, it is evident that the flex path is coherent with my career needs that I am looking forward to undertaking. More importantly, the flex program will equip me with the nursing skills that am looking for. Apart from the nursing skill, I will be able to learn more about managerial skills as well. I am a registered and associate’s degree in nursing. I undertook the online course where I was committed to gaining the highest level of the grades. While undertaking the course learned some special things such as the art of time management as well as self-control. More so, I was able to acquire the nursing skill alongside researching skills. The skills will also enable me to balance my time in the BSN. An associate’s degree in nursing helped me grasp some academic foundation whereby my BSN would not be challenging. Some of the skills I learned at the ADN level include crucial nursing skills such as patient care, clinical decision making confidence, and a well-rounded perspective on nursing and healthcare in general. ADN also paved the way to becoming a registered nurse. As a BSN I will be able to have some opportunities that RN don’t have including the ability to advance to a leadership position in nursing management. Additionally, there are various units that I undertook during my ADN coursework which will be advanced in my BSN degree. The BSN contains most of the units I already learned about and will only be expanded on. Having a clue about most units, this will allow me to concentrate on the freshly introduced units at this level. Thus, at long last, I will easily attain my BSN.

I really believe in achieving the goal that I have set because that is what matters to me most. I typically motivate myself with the final achievement of whatever I set to begin. In order to attain my goals, I subdivide the objective in relation to a different timeline and work as I aim at attaining the objective of the use of the shortest time possible. Time is always crucial and it is one of the determining factors if the set goal has been achieved. Through the division of the primary goals into short term objectives, I can attain different types of success or achievement, therefore, encouraging me to even work towards the bigger prize which is the major goal. In my flex plan program aim at taking the course online and then subdivide the units into the weekly revision. I will later revise daily and then review the relevant question on the units that have been covered. While my work schedule allows me to be a regular student, an online schedule tends to be more flexible as it limits things such as transportation and saving more time. I will also look for an academic partner or team that will assist me in handling more tough units. I will also deliver my assignment on time to avoid a last-minute rush, which can probably lower my performance. I will also make sure that I complete 5 every five months units to makes sure that I maximize on savings. The saved time will help in learning on the job regarding knowledge acquitted. Another source of motivation would be a promotion at the workplace after graduating with a BSN degree.
