For over 19 years now, I have enjoyed triumph and gratification of working with real sellers and buyers towards the successful attainment of their goals. From my diverse background, I have afforded a wealth of experience in all areas of the industry from selling waterfronts, and farms to selling single-family units in Maryland, around the Chesapeake Bay and the Patuxent River as an independent realtor. I have an SRS and ABR designation.
Working with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services McNelis Group Properties, I have raised my realtor services a pedestal higher with unusual enthusiasm, energy, innovativeness, and a proactive approach while attending to my clients. Over the years, I have amassed extensive market knowledge, seasoned my marketing skills, and demonstrated exemplary assertiveness, attention to detail, expertise, and skill in every deal I have closed.
To me, customer service is a prime priority, and customer satisfaction supersedes everything else. I treat all my clients with respect, kindness, listen to their needs keenly, and set out with fierce focus and determination to make their dreams come true. I enjoy educating my clients exhaustively on every real estate process so that they make an informed decision in every transaction. Whereas real estate processes can be daunting to customers, especially new homebuyers, I effectively address all the possible pain points proactively and continuously strive to make the processes as smooth and hassle-free.
I keep a great attitude towards my work and approach every job with gratitude and a smile. I have maintained a stellar track record with my previous clients, and this has enabled me to work with repeat and referral clients every so often. When contacted by a client, all I want is to give the best service and to be their forever client.
Being a people-person, I love meeting and working with new people and looking and researching real estate. When I’m not busy chasing my clients’ dreams, I enjoy cooking and gardening.
