Introduction:
Review of literature
It is one challenging time to live in the era of a globalized pandemic we should help others in need while also helping ourselves. We must help the elderly who are most vulnerable to the virus because it is lethal to them. Therefore we targeted the elderly particularly ages 60 and above “In the US, 31-59% of adults ages 75 to 84 diagnosed with the virus had symptoms severe enough to be hospitalized, compared to 14-21% of confirmed patients ages 20 to 44” (Ossola 2020). I believe that major causes of the virus mortality in older generations are because they have weaker immune systems and their functioning lifestyle do not inhibit enough healthy activities as younger people do. The exposure most likely comes from groups of people who mingle with other people and don’t change their lifestyle; this includes many factors such as ignorance and lack of hygiene. Elderly should be avoidant from labor workers and children. This is because “25 percent of people infected with the new coronavirus don’t present any symptoms or fall ill but can still transmit the illness to others”. (Woodward 2020). Woodward agrees that carriers could be children and as we know children are the ignorant of the facets of the virus and could transmit the disease due to having asymptomatic disease. However labor workers in the UAE most of them share the same room together with 10-20 other labor workers who socialize with each other also. So social distancing from these types of people has to be prominent. Secondly we advise social distancing but not isolation (Alicia Arbaje 2020) this is a key solution for having an ideal prevention of covid which is a primary aim to not be infected while still being happy. (Alicia Arbaje 2020) also agreed that social means could be through a stream, this is by showing them how to stream, message and share communication. We also agree on (Alicia Arbaje 2020) that people should avoid and keep hygiene to the obtainable most point. We also recommend exercise if they have a treadmill or lawn to walk outside this will increase immune function agrees a Harvard publishing(Harvard Health Publishing 2014).
Introduction:
We will use many inferences such as the perma-v model and the positive phycology initiatives to help these people. These are characterized according to the higher needs of people as most elderly have physiological needs and safety needs, we shall provide them with love/belonging and further up the needs for the elderly like esteem. Furthermore, our initiatives will make them score higher in the perma-v assessments and overall higher life satisfaction. Our initiative is mainly based on overall rise in the perma-v, therefore we would do predicate in many aspects such as mainly connecting family and friends through not physical but through letters or accommodations. Although there is a cultural and exposure barrier this is because the cultural barrier is that people in the UAE elderly”families entrust hospitals with palliative and hospice care for their elderly relatives.” (“Aging in the UAE and Services Available for the Elderly: Structured Interviews with Experts in the Field”, 2013). Thus we should help facilitate the means for them to enhance their lives so that they have what they need to move up the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Such as connecting distance relatives through streams. Obstacles related to reaching our influences are cultural bias: embarrassment of gratitude letters will be an obstacle. Elderly people accepting help from strangers will most likely reject help. We need an intimate person within the family to reassure them towards making them listen to our initiative. We plan to make a progression in their physical and mental wellbeing in times of crisis. Like for example making them walk more often by making them plan which is implementation intention. There are many benefits to implementation intention such as completing more goals (Pychyl, 2010). We should utilize this information for a better outcome in our initiative.

- Description –
Being in this situation with the disease spreading around the world with no cure for it until now. It started to spread around the fear of getting it especially between our beloved elderly as we all know that it affect mostly the elderly, children and people with low immunity system.in addition in most foreign countries have no respect for their elderly lives as they have even started to cut out the medication and all kind of resources for them as they say that there are old enough and anyway they will die soon so better to provide all of this to younger generations. Other countries even have no respect to the elderly as they use violence to them so they are increasing the fear factor in their lives. In this case we should be blessed that we live in the UAE since our beloved leader have announced in public in front all of the camera’s and news to comfort all citizens old and young that they should not be scared and don’t ever to be worry about anything, everything will be arranged. And we believe in our leader as they do what exactly what they promised us. So, in this situation we are trying to walk in his footsteps. To manage all this situation between all citizens especially our elderly .We planned to comfort all of our lovely elderly citizens and we will balance their life and never letting them live in fear. We will be maintaining all the requirements item by item without the requirement of them leaving their houses. As for their Health Care, no one will be missing out their regular appointments, health checkups and physiotherapy we will be bringing the medical team in there house. With all the required equipment so they manage to use it freely between them. Also, for the covid-19 checkup our team of experts will be visiting them to their houses without any charges. Even for their routine medication it will be all delivered to their home without any delay. As we will be hiring more home nurses to take care of them while there are in there homes. Moreover, we will be contacting all local farms and local food companies as we will arrange that they will be sending all there love packed in the box filled with all food to our beloved elderly houses. In addition to be more secure, we will raise awareness to all citizens that lived with us to never forget about our elderly. Through all kind of advertising such as social media, newsletters, TV ads and Radio stations. Since there are the most used items in the quarantined era. As they will affect the society easily. So Since sometimes a person needs their family around them so they can comfort them during this disaster. While we can contact the local landline companies as we can make sure they can easy it for the elderly to contact their beloved ones.
