Influence
These are individuals who could influence others to achieve organization goal. They have capabilities to shape the environment through influencing others. They have qualities of the persuasion (Aitken, 2019). The individual fears rejection. However, they are inspired by the social recognition. They prioritize on effective communication and people. For the individual to influence others, they need to have excellent communication skills, and also have a good relationship with others.
Steadiness
People who have steadiness DISC behavioral style are considered to collaborate with others to carry out tasks. They are loyal workers, who fear changes (Crowe, 2016). They are characterized by prioritizing on the collaboration, and individuals. Besides, they are inspired by the stability, as well as the status quo.
Conscientiousness
Individuals who have conscientiousness behavior are considered to be perfect in their activities. They prioritize on the accuracy, as well as the task. The individuals ensure that they have performed their duties correctly. They are detail-oriented, and they fear being criticized because of their work.

From the above-discussed behavior, influence behavior style could be the best suitable for working as a sales manager. A sale manager position is involved in having junior staff who will are involved in activities of the selling. A sales manager needs to make sure that the staff are excellent in their work. The influence behavior is characterized by excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade others. By the act of the manager having persuasion skills is essential for an enterprise. The influence behavior prioritize on the people and communication. Therefore, the manager will have interest on the staff, as well as excellent communication.
