MT140M4: Identify the implications of competitiveness and collaboration in a global economy.
The Module 4 assignment involves addressing both the overall need for managers to understand how to supervise individuals across geographical boundaries as well as the specific skills and considerations necessary to successfully manage across cultures. Review the scenario below. Using the material from Chapter 9 of the text, the supplemental source list below, as well as your own independent research, you will determine how culture might impact management decisions.

They now need to roll out the new training across their other global locations, including facilities in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Japan. Each of these countries has a unique approach to doing business influenced by their own cultural norms.
