t is crucial to adopt healthy lifestyle changes such as healthy eating and to engage in physical exercises
Life is the most precious gift to any human being. However, it not just a matter of living; it is all about leading a healthy life. A life full of a healthy lifestyle is a longer life, only as the health psychologists often advise us during the numerous psychology sessions. Whether a person has been the immediate victim of a mood disorder, bipolar illness, or depression, they are assured of benefiting from a healthy lifestyle. While the disorders seem unchangeable, changing some aspects of an individual’s life help to control or lessens such symptoms, thus improving the quality of their lives. Therefore, making positive lifestyle changes is essential to improve our health and longevity. It is crucial to adopt healthy lifestyle changes such as healthy eating and to engage in physical exercises.
I realized that I have been “eating wrong” and that I have to make a plan to change this lousy lifestyle habit. Eating right is only eating a balanced diet with lots of vegetables. I will also be working on my water intake; I have been a lazy water drinker. It is recommended that we should drink at least eight glasses of water in a day. Eating healthy is essential and is an assurance of fighting diseases and improving our health and life. Eating healthy is my number one plan to change my own life.
Physical exercise is an integral part of healthy living. It keeps our bodies strong and active, essential for fighting diseases, relieving stress, and depression. Therefore, frequent exercise is my other plan that I believe will change my life into healthy living. This involves a workout plan of 30 minutes daily three times a week. I will also take the stairs instead of the elevator and park at the far end of the parking lot so that I attract more physical activity in my daily life. Healthy living is more extended living.
