I am great concern that a myriad of challenges like stiff competition and shifts in consumer taste are some of the contributing factors in terms of global fashion management to create relevancy.
i found out that fashion industries that reflect on the past deterrence in terms of development will emerge as a winner. Substantially the rise in production cost and economies of scale are the issues to leverage on to boost productivity in the fashion industry. To mitigate these deterrent factors, I found that substantial input should be instilled for instance backing up the productivity through effectiveness, efficiency and reducing the cost of production as much as possible, these interventions, if adequately implemented, deliver and effective an extensive benefits over a long period.
I also found that fashion industries should, at all costs, seek remedial enhancement by coupling prerequisite innovative efforts, for example, maximization of production and informed decisions in terms of analysis. Furthermore, according to my research, the fashion industry ought to find new, strategically measures to sustain fast delivery and quality production of its products.
