Why I am a good candidate for post-baccalaureate program
I am the best candidate to join pre-health post baccalaureate program because apart from having deep passion in medicine, I have performed exceptionally in sciences and related subjects. I have attained high marks in GPAs and MCAT scores which elevates me to study in any medical school, and enable me to handle difficult science courses and any technical knowledge.
My desire to join a medical school grew stronger when we decided to volunteer in community where we created groups to help disadvantaged people in the community. During the volunteer service we accomplished chores like cleaning, shaving, and others, and I learned importance of developing positive attitude, and commitment towards lives of people. I learned importance of engaging in service to humanity, which I believe is most fulfilling thing in life. Joining Post-baccalaureate will train me to be skillful and seasoned clinician.
I have also interacted with nurses, doctors, and others professionals working in medical field. Their professionalism, work ethics, and skills motives me to pursue a medical course so as to work like them and improve lives of people. I gained background knowledge on what it means to be a physician, nurse, and pharmacist by engaging shadowing where I had a close interest in understanding how clinicians carry out their activities, and how they perform their duties.
