After the latter stated level are various senior vice presidents who directly report to the CEO, and this forms the mid-level management. After the senior vice presidents are the vice presidents, and this entails the low-level management. Therefore, the levels of management at Apple Company Inclusive include Top-Level Management, Mid-Level Management, and Low-level Management. This paper aims to outline how these various roles are tied to the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Top-Level
- CEO
This is the topmost ranking level at Apple Company Inclusive. This job position is only occupied by one person at a time. The CEO is the final authority of Apple and is the final decision-maker. Besides, all the other levels in the hierarchy are mandated to report to the CEO. The role of the CEO is to provide directions on the attainment of the mission and vision of the organization. It is actually the CEO who gives accent to the mission and vision to be pursued in the organization, and this is after consensus has been arrived at from the various parties in the organization. Therefore, the CEO is a rubber-stamping authority.
- Chief Design Officer
Since Apple Company Inclusive is known to carry out continuous innovations in the field of technology and communication, it has a Chief Design Officer who is in charge of all innovations. The person assuming this position works hand in hand with the senior vice presidents and the CEO to ensure that the firm attains its mission of becoming the most innovative entity in the industry in which it falls. To ensure that the firm remains relevant in the market, it is the duty of the Chief Design Officer to ensure that the various innovative proposals within the organization are approved and implemented.
Mid-level management
After the CEO and the Chief Design Officer who are at the top of the hierarchy, the next level is the middle-level management and this comprises of the senior vice presidents of various departments, COO, as well as the Vice President and Managing director of the greater China. These two departments are one of the core functions of the company, and this is based on the fact that all the offerings by the company must go through the two. The main mission of Apple Company is to provide the hardware and the software and market it to the clients.
- Senior Vice President and CFO
The position holder, in this case, is in charge of all the finances of the organization. It is through this department that the day-to-day running of the organization is facilitated and financed. The Chief Finance Officer works in close collaboration will all the respective departments within the organization. The person at this level makes sure that the vision of the organization is attained by ensuring that all the needed financial resources by the various organizations are vetted and disbursed.
- Senior Vice President World Wide Marketing
Marketing is one of the important functions of Apple Company that ensures that the firm meets its long term obligations or rather targets. The main mission of the company is to maximize its revenues. - Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Apple Company also has a chief operating officer. This position holder is in charge of all the undertakings within the firm. This is based on the fact that the firm aims at upholding its integrity and tends to ensure that everyone is comfortable within this environment in which it operates from. - Vice President People

- Chief of Machine learning and AI Strategy
With the increased levels of technological innovations and inventions, it is noted that there is increased levels of machine learning and artificial intelligence strategies in many organizations, with Apple Company not an exception. The use of the latter stated techniques serves a critical role in the attainment of the vision of the organization.
