The Need for Palliative Care in A Fulfilling Death.

The reality of death remains away from the human mind until one escapes it by a whisker.  A majority of the people never fear death actually but the dying process.  A high percentage of people die in pain and suffering. Everybody deserves a “good” kind of death, which can only be achieved through living your dream and to the purpose. The case is different because people will find the meaning of life after they have faced a point nearing their end in the world. This essay entails how we live and accomplish our dreams transcending peacefully through death by analyzing Miller’s speech.

Suffering is a collective experience in human life.  Though it occurs naturally, a majority of the cases can be attributed to human invention. A contradicting statement, in most cases, suffering can be avoided if human beings result in a high percentage.  It’s the responsibility of people to change their thinking on how they view their challenges.  Human beings should learn to evaluate the challenges they face. Grieving over irreversible actions only increases the pain. You got to turn the stones thrown by life to beautiful castles.

Diseases form one of the factors that cause human beings into suffering. It’s high time people change their thinking on patients and their loved ones. Most of the patients with chronic diseases end up living in desperation and finally dying in grieve and without contentment. This problem ranges from an established system aimed at handling conditions. It’s the high time our system change towards addressing human beings rather than diseases.

When patients learn about their unending ailments, they tend to enter in a state of despair. The condition fails in achieving life goals. No matter how long time you have to live, you can make a difference and die a satisfying death. Human beings always solve the needs they encounter. Due to the fact all human beings will die at one particular time, it’s the responsibility for human beings to change and respond positively to illness.

For solving suffering patients go through in times of diseases, health care systems should shift the perspective the handle patients and focus on human feeling. The process is only possible by engaging patients in palliative care throughout their treatment process. The introduction in caring emotional feelings of patients will contribute to a reduction in the number of people who are ready to due because they see they have less to lose or achieve rather than die.

The little things that human beings assume in life make a huge impact. People are made of psychical, spiritual and psychological elements. As long as there is a single sense in patients, they require support to ensure they live comfortably. The patient should be relieved from any factor and suffering through whatever means available.

Chronic patients live with a fact in their mind they face death. In some circumstances, the case is different due to combined psychical suffering. Let’s take an example of a cancer patient in their 4th stage. This means they have less than three to six months. At the same time, they had undergone the treatment process through chemotherapy and radiography.  The machines involved are a bit traumatizing at the same time the process is painful. In worst cases, patients face a recurrence which is one of the worst time and need for assistance.

Palliative care ranges from the time a patient is diagnosed to when a patient dies and buried. Psychological stability forms a critical factor in the treatment process. It’s the responsibility of doctors to ensure they encourage their patients they will still make through and win the situation by the end of the day. These contribute to providing a strong determination in a patient and a positive response to a disease. Psychological care should be combined with spiritual health which changes how people respond to challenges. Care and love ensure patients find meaning in the life they have hence accomplished their dreams.

In conclusion, it’s the responsibility of health systems to change their focus from diseases to human beings. People are never similar to machines which when they break their repair continues no matter their palace. Patients require love and care to find achievement in life for what they have achieved rather than die desperately for an illness. Death is an occurrence we can never avoid; it’s a transition to another entity. As human beings, we must ensure life fulfilment through a peaceful death through palliative care.
