Cleopatra did not let her woman begin to be a stumbling block to her quest for leadership. Today’s leaders should strive to emulate Cleopatra most so in their respective working places. Women should get inspiration from her and therefore counter the women stereotyping at work.

Women should realize they hold equal chances to work as their fellow men. Cleopatra was an ambitious woman as she was eager to restore her throne. She was also determined to restore the glories of the first Ptolemies as well as recovering as much as possible of their dominions (Bowen, 2016).

Cleopatra’s characteristics make an excellent leader whom people in the modern workplace should emulate. Out of combustion, she took the trouble to learn the Egyptian language.
