Further, the Cures Act includes provisions for the betterment of Clinical Trials.gov, which is a database for public and private funded clinical studies that take place globally. The trials play a vital role in helping to observe and maintain transparency and accountability to the researchers’ public and sponsors and facilitates patients’ research for potential studies to learn about or enroll in for new treatment tests. The Cures Act has positive impacts on system implementation.

The Cures Act unleashes new ways to assist doctors and other medical professionals to interpret the information in ways that establish better outcomes, health care experiences, and low costs for patients. The mutual interpretation and understanding of medical information between patients and health care providers promote smooth and conducive interactions between both parties because there are clarity and apprehension.
