The key individuals will be owners, business manager, kitchen manager, customer care manager, procurement manager, marketing officer. The restaurant shall be a three-star offering both conference facilities, accommodation and hotel services at affordable prices. The owners will be the primary financiers, and the restaurant is expected to advance into four-star in the next five years.

The restaurant will offer a fusion of cuisine, traditional and fresh delicacies together with a blend of dishes from different cultures locally and internationally. The hotel will have a Caribbean atmosphere playing reggae and calypso music in the background. Besides, it will provide self-contained comfortable rooms at affordable charges per day.
Main Menu
The main menu of the restaurant will consist of ackee and starfish, chicken and festival, cow foot and festival, cow foot rice, curry chicken, curry goat, fish, jerk chicken, mackerel rundown and mix plates among others. Extras will contain extra plantain, side of rice and peas, side of callaloo, slide meat, side oxtails, veggie patty, beef, and a chicken patty, among others. Drinks will include reggae medley, blended fruit juices, soda, kola champagne, ting, and drinking water, among others. Each of these meals shall not exceed 25 dollars per person.
