Strategic Action Plan to Optimize Organizational Performance Goals
Every year, Google should ensure they have trained their employees on current and future-focused skills. By doing so, the organization can develop career parts that will be needed in the future hence contributing to the organization (Rossana, N.2016). Every opening term of schools should mean that Google has to give back to society through sponsorship. The sponsorship in every year of the cycle ensures that even those who cannot afford education can get the technological skills from the programs that are supported by Google. Google should introduce their programs to continents such as Africa, where there exist potential minds that can quickly learn technology. With enough skills taught to the students through the applications, Google assured employees who are highly skilled in their field and who can do productive work, which means the company’s performance will be in safe hands.
Google should come up with a target of the number of people they would want to employ who belong to different diversity. With such aim ahead of them, Google will ensure they have hired people from different variety to reach out to their target without failing. In the process, more people from different diversity are employed, which means new ideas and talents emerge. With unique skills and ideas comes positive competition among employees, which means an improvement in the performance of the goals of the organization. Ever term, Google should make sure that the numbers of those doing an internship in the company are even. With such a strategic action plan, these interns grow with the knowledge of knowing the importance of diversity. Thus, when they become employees of Google, they will uphold the performance of the company, contributing to optimizing the performance goals set.
