The formulation of model has created suitable procedure for evaluating overall similarities among both cultures by dividing characteristics of both cultures in dimensional approach. This is vital for creating framework for evaluating observations and results from the interviews from the autobiography of my friend belonging to Indian and Australian culture and me. In this study, there has been interpretation of both cultures prevalent in both the nations and develop favorable approach for managing implications and create systematic procedures for adapting to local cultures in respective nations. There is formulation of practical approach designed for minimizing differences and providing long- term communication processes among people belonging to the countries.
In accordance with the interpretations and observation from the questions conducted in the interview process in autobiography, there has been development of adapting relevant procedures for measuring differences among one culture and another. The formulation of systematic relationship patterns among the families present in both Indian and Australian culture helps in providing opportunities for adapting to the implications and creates familiarization. In the existing cultural framework, the monitoring of results in both cultures provides an additional procedure for withstanding difficult situations and offers suitable range of methods for improving existing processes in handling difficulties for improving existing situations in the future.
This result provides favorable approach for reducing disparities and develops long- term opportunities for handling differences in the daily operations for me and my friend, respectively in both the nations.
In the autobiography, there is a wide range of different present in the Indian and Australian cultures. In India’s case, there is extensive focus developed for focusing on creating differences for treating people equally based on the caste system. It can be depicted from my autobiography, that there is variation in attitudes developed by the people for creating suitable relationships among people living with one another. On the other hand, in my colleagues interview, it can be analyses that there is development of equality maintained among all sections of the people in the Australian culture. This is one of significant differences that can be depicted by interpreting results from the autobiographies. It shows that there is an indirect approach developed for creating vast relationships among both cultures and presents results in suitable process.
The implementation of the model provides a practical approach for monitoring differences and similarities among Indian and Australian culture and present it in the form of a circular pattern. Most of the results depicted by implementing model show that the nations’ comparison of both cultures provides an appropriate process for handling precautions in managing communication. This model creates an effective method for providing a strong analysis for managing cultural aspects and maintain stable framework for analyzing the cultural pattern. It acts as an effective dimensional cultural model for evaluating similarities and dissimilarities present for both the nations. The framework develops an inherent method for conducting analysis of the results from the written studies in my colleague’s interview and managing the principles of cultures residing in both countries.
