Veggie Meats Company operates as a chain restaurant franchise to provide fast and healthy food products. In that regard, the assistant leader at the local market and the assistant leader at the oversea market receive guidelines from the general manager. I have selected two assistant leaders to ensure business operations run smoothly in both local and oversea markets. The assistant leaders will then guide all the other employees to ensure the customers receive great services from Veggie Meats Company.

The finance manager will also pay all the workers and remit returns to the headquarters. Lastly, the restaurant manager will be responsible for close control and management of all the outlets to ensure employees are attending their duties. The restaurant manager will also ensure all the food products are procured and prepared to satisfy the customers. Lastly, the restaurant manager will ensure that Veggie Meats Company adheres to corporate social responsibility. This approach will ensure the company operates in the overseas market by providing unique products and services, thereby achieving a competitive advantage.
