OSHA Investigation
The source I am choosing is the OSHA investigation. Jason Surbey and Michael D’Aquino drafted the article. The survey entails allegations against the Sea World Florida LLC involving the demise of an animal trainer to killer whales (Zimmermann, 2016). The OSHA organization examines solemn summons in cases of death or severe physical damage that may occur from a hazard in which the involved company manager knows or ought to know about the situation. What I find amusing in this article is the concerns and aims of the OSHA organization. It aims is to investigate and issue organizations that are not concerned about their employees or whose workers are at risk of hazards. In the Sea World organization, for instance, it has had several dangers that have made OSHA issue concerns against it. The hazards have included exposing its workers to drowning dangers and struck-by risks during their encounter with killer whales (Wise, 2016). The Sea World has also failed to put in the stairways system in the stadium of Shamu. The hazards can be prevented by paying more attention to the welfare of the employees and providing the employees with equipment to protect themselves when encountering killer whales.
