The title of the article is “women don’t just face a pay gap at work. They are punished far more than men”. The author of the article is the African Union.

The article explores about discrimination of women at the workplace based on payment. Women are paid way less compared to men.

The article is about of women and minorities population at the workplace. Women and black employees are paid unequally as compared to men and white employees. Besides, they also receive more punishment as compared to men, specifically white males.
