School-based intervention program
The main aim of this study is to illustrate a school-based intervention program that helps children in developing personal and socio-emotional needs. In this context, the program to be included is the resolving conflict program for children. A holistic and problematic relationship characterizes student’s interaction. Each day, children face difficulties from their parents’ home, friends in school and teachers as well. The benefit of utilizing this program is to promote resilience among children in developing their socio-emotional needs (P.D. & E., 2020). As such, parents and teachers alike have to form a collaborative structure through which their socio-emotional needs can be supported. Through this program, children learn the virtue of empathy which reinforces their interpersonal skills that mitigate specific difficulties that arise from children interaction. Besides, through this program, children become less aggressive and more socially equipped to handle conflicts. As a result, their personal and social functioning develops (P.D. & E., 2020).
Cultural consideration
In this context, children come from different family backgrounds with different cultural beliefs. While incorporating the resolving conflict intervention program, it is essential to understand that different children will react to conflict differently. The analogy is based on the various beliefs which shape their self-esteem and sense of relating external and internal concepts (Eiraldi, Mautone, & Power, 2020). Children should indulge in activities where they learn about different cultures other than the one they come from.

Based on the nature of the intervention, there are a lot of benefits that result from this school-based intervention. Some of the outcomes include practical problem-solving skills. At the end of the intervention, children gain a sense of empathy and self-control in handling issues relating to the conflict. As a result, they become socially capable of corporate with other children in forming valuable relationships.
Evidenced-based practice in resolving conflict
The resolving conflict for children interaction intervention incorporates evidence-based practice.
