After proper research, I decided to join the University of San Francisco due to the university’s concern about the student’s safety with good security management. The University of San Francisco also partakes in community services, which has been part of my life. USF participate in cleaning up the nearby beach and volunteer at shelters. The University of San Francisco has academic advisors whose job is to help students achieve their goals successfully.
I also realized that the University of San Francisco contains the most hardworking and dedicated professors that I could provide teamwork with to achieve the desired goals. Professors at USF are caring. All the departments available at USF have one main goal, which is to advance students’ knowledge and world experience. What impressed me most is the few numbers of students in the school where each class accommodates less than 40 students enabling the interaction between professors and students effective and helpful. The environment in the University of San Francisco is also friendly and conducive for studies, and other co-curricular activities. The proximity of USF to the city came with many opportunities for the students such as internships as well as professional jobs.
After attaining my Masters, I intend to give back to society by organizing more community service work. I also plan to work in more professional companies to sharpen my managerial skills and impact other workers by creating a right working environment and implementing my organizational development skills to improve the company’s performance and create an ample working environment with the unique interrelationship between workers.
