/Directions: To create your posting go to the discussion area in D2L and look for the discussion titled: Discussion 3: Conflict Analysis. Provide your answer in 100-200 words for each question and be sure to support your answer by referring to some of the concepts outlined in the module readings. Be sure to use citations when you paraphrase or quote the readings. Review your classmates’ answers and respond to at least 2 other students’ comments. Respond to a posting that you think is particularly interesting or engaging. Leave a specific comment, question, or feedback about their answer. Be respectful of other people’s opinions or perspectives that may be different from your own.

Discussion Instructions:

1. Locate a YouTube video (2-4 minutes in length) that is a conflict scene from a movie or TV show (Example: Kitchen Fight Scene from the (2006) movie “The Breakup” with Jennifer Aniston)
2. Make sure to provide the URL in your post.
3. Using concepts outlined in your textbook answer the following question in 100-200 words each:

1. How is conflict influenced by culture, gender or technology in the scene?

1. What approaches could the person(s) in the video use to help to resolve their conflict?
