“I am applying for a position in your graduate level Landscape Architecture course at UCL because I am passionate about improving my artistic flair, creativity and imagination and interested to learn more concerning designing strategies. I first I became interested in this course because it combines art with science to advance not just the environment, but also our daily lives. Having completed a work experience placement at Havas Worldwide (Asia Pacific) as digital manager as well as at PHD Worldwide (Hong Kong) as Head of the group, and at Zenithoptemedia Hong Kong as media planner, I obtained essential knowledge in addition to experience of what it entails to work as a professional Architect and this has given me the need to further my studies on this sector.
My interest in landscaping architecture was also increased during my time at City University of Hong Kong where I studied BBA in Marketing as well as my time at the University of Hong Kong where I studied diploma in landscape architecture. My capability to study landscape architecture at UCL is also supported by the fact that I have achieved competency in language and communication skills since I am conversant with English and Mandarin. I would love to pursue a career in Landscape Architecture since it will enable join together my whole capabilities; determination as well as a growth mindset, enthusiasm including a positive outlook, creativity in addition to attraction for the field of art. Studying Landscape Architecture is a vision that I am looking ahead to and I am very thrilled for the wide collection of career opportunities that the course will provide for me. My vision is to take part in designing a structure that will one day be admired by many people.
