I chose this topic to write 2 pages about as outline
Topic: The role of microbiota on the intestinal barrier in the normal and unnormal condition/ connecting that with immunity.
The outline for research proposal.
The outline should include the title, primary and secondary headers with a few sentences describing the content (under 2 pages) and a bibliography of at least 10 strong publications.
That should be enough for my instructor to judge whether there is enough literature to follow-through and/or possibly suggest refinements in my plans.

**I suggest writing the first heading about the intestinal barrier and the microbiome in the normal ( the normal condition)
**The second heading I suggest to be about the abnormal condition for the intestinal barrier resulting from the imbalance microbiome in the gut
