- Purchase a 1/2 Acre piece of land near Nairobi
- Build a hub or what I am calling a writers hotspot
- Have some recreational facilities like a swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, tennis or badminton pitch.
- Set up simple facilities for kids
Directors
- Directors will be chosen by August 31st 2017
- Each director will need to raise at least KES. 200,000 by Dec 31st 2017

- Each share holder will require 10 shares with each share going for KSH. 1,000
