Can you also do 200 word assignment
Heres the 200 word assignment: Post a message that explains and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of tagging products with RFID tags. Describe the relationship between privacy rights and RFID. Support your post with at least two peer-reviewed scholarly journal references.
RFID stands for Radio frequency identification which is an automated ID system. Therefore RFID tag is used to provide a unique identification code that can only be detected by a scanning device. The advantage of RFID tag on products is that it reduces shop lifting of items because a person cannot pass the door if the products codes have not been entered in the system as sold. Also, it facilitates tracking of assets and product automatically from the supply chain and asset management. More so, they can be detected from a distance depending on the type of the tag and RFID detector.
Despite it having advantages it also got some drawbacks which include RFID tags are expensive to install because it requires a number of gargets. They cannot be detected if stuck on metal or liquid products since the two reflects radio waves. Additionally, mobile phone towers have been reported to be interfering with the radio waves of RFID tags.
There is a relationship between privacy rights and RFID. This is in the sense that if RFID is used to detect where a person without the consent of that person then the organization has infringed a person’s privacy rights. However, if kit has been installed with the consent of a person, therefore no privacy rights have been violated.

Can you also do anouther 200 word assignment? Heres the assignment: Please review this clip (approximately 10 minutes) from the film, Remember the Titans. Coach Boone (Denzel Washington), the new head coach of a recently integrated high school football team in Virginia, challenges his team to get to know fellow teammates of another race. Until they do, they will undergo increasingly intensive practices. Coach Boone was determined to use the ” challenge the process” practice to bring about change among his followers.
In contrast to Coach Boone, for this post, scour the Internet and find an example of someone who “challenges the process,” but, according to Lencioni/Kouzes and Posner, uses the wrong approach. This can be based on a video, news article, magazine article, etc.
A good example of a person who was evidenced in the bible challenging the process was Daniel. Daniel challenged the kings order not to pray to God instead people were required to worship idol where prayed every day to God. As a punishment Daniel was caught and thrown in the den of lions.
Identify what this person is doing wrong and offer advice on how he or she can properly implement this leadership practice. Include a link to the web resource you are referencing in your post.
This leader lacks wisdom on how to deal with problems with linear vision. This is where they only see the problem itself but they do not see the causes of that problem. Also he views the issue as a distraction for their practices. More so, he is a dictator where he does not involve the team members in solving the issues; he solves the problems his way.
In this case the coach should focus on the causes of the problem and the probable impacts of that issue and then try to solve the issue from that perspective.
