Question 1
A new film always creates a new thrill and trust toward the audience. There is always great excitement if the final trailer is very exciting to the audience. It gives a movie a new kick to engage it’s targeted, viewers. In the point of a general viewer, it would be wrong if Luke discussed the trailer with his friends and family. It is essential for a film to release a fully checked and the final promo which is ready to share (Silliman, 2007). But in this case, Luke had to have the final cut of the trailer for promotional distribution and sound mixing. Thus the trailer was not ready to promote. As the movie ethics, it is unethical to encourage anything before the final product. It is harmful to Luke for breaking the code of conduct of the movie as it may cause his termination. And it is wrong because many of the viewers should not go through any flaws of the film in its trailer. It can make the viewers uninterested in watching the film. For Luke’s job, it’s wrong to be unethical to the company he works for. Though the friends and family is the closest part of anyone, ethics applies to all.

The employee is not allowed to show any of the raw footage to anyone. Sometimes the employee has to handle the footage and the information on in the office.
Question 3
Luke’s fellow employee leaked the trailer before the final sound mixing and the final promotional distribution. Though it made a huge excitement of the viewers and the move went very well, it was wrong. It was wrong because it was not the final product of the company. By fluke, it attracted the viewers (Silliman, 2007). But if there was any flaw in the leaked trailer, it could be very harmful to the company and for the film. As there always a chance for a film for the correction before the final cut if the promo. If there are any errors in-between, and the trailer is leaked the viewers are offered to watch a trailer that may have the error. Though the movie went well and was highly complimented by the viewers. But it had a high chance to be a huge loss for the company if the trailer was not accepted by the audience as the director wanted it to be. This is the reason it is wrong for Luke’s fellow employee to leak the trailer before the final check. And most of all it is out of the ethics of the company to do such a thing.
