As if that is not enough, you will have to crawl, climb, and swim through underground rivers to get to the exit. Located in Cai Rang River, a few kilometres away from Cai Tho (Mekong Delta capital), the market has existed for over 100 years. You will get amazed by the way the traders toss fruits from one vessel to the other.

Go as early as 7 am and witness the beginning of the trading, still the sun is not yet hot. Opt for a pineapple boat (you will notice that boats have poles on their front showcasing samples of what they sell) as they have a rooftop where you can climb to take a picture of the whole market. Apart from the fruits and coconut candy sold, you will see floating restaurants which sell cheap, delicious meals.
