It can subject an individual to anxiety, pressure, discomfort, and numerous other mental ailments. In terms of physical harm, headaches and weight loss are the most common effects of stress. Therefore, getting a grip on mental stress is essential to have a healthy life.

Our mental health requires the same amount of care and cure as our physical health, and neglecting it can prove to be hazardous. Stress at times in unavoidable, and the first step towards reducing mental stress is to identify it. It diminishes one’s ability to think clearly and reflects poorly on health.
