Obesity is a public social issue affecting Americans and probably has become the national health threat. The research evaluates that obesity is directly related to too much consumption of food with high calories and a decrease in physical activity. There’s are the severe increment of obesity from 1999-200 through 2017-2017.
Most Daily meals have calories that are spent on physical activity. When too many calories are taken, then your body can burn your body have a positive energy balance that would result in increased weight. Several factors that play a role in obesity are; purchasing of food with high levels of salts, sugar and fats the are widely advertised and marketed and consumption of too many sugary drinks in a day. The lower-income group doesn’t access to stores selling healthy and affordable foods such as fresh fruit and vegetable. Most beverages and foods portion sizes in America are less beneficial.
On the other hand, American people have become nations of couch potatoes. Most people spend too much of their time watching to engaging in entertainment media or their computer playing games, especially children eating meals and having snacks which lead to accumulation of high calories in bodies. There advanced technologies at the workplace that account to decreased occupation energy expenditure and drive as they head home. It’s also evaluated that mothers do not Breastfeed infects, which prevents children from becoming obsessed—unhealthy habits such as smoking, sleeping duration and alcoholic drinking.
It is essential that build healthy food relationships by trying a variety of proteins, fruits and vegetable to incorporate a healthy diet. Limit unhealthy consumption of snacks and engage in activities such as aerobic activity, gym classes, games, outdoor chores and sports rather than spending much time watching, gaming in computers or sleeping. It’s essential to reduce too much of all these unhealthy behaviours to prevent obesity because it’s associated with a long list of chronic health conditions.
