Introduction

Environmental sustainability is one of the biggest challenges for the organization in terms of current and future management approaches. Several kinds of departments, including economic social and environmental, are now evaluating a space of fulfilling requirement current needs, without thinking about future generations and how they will fulfil their requirements. For this reason, the global environment is now facing a different kind of challenges; its impact can be seen in the organization as well.

Challenges

Increasing of pollution

The usage of transport or vehicles is increasing day by day, which is the reason for happening air pollution, and the reason of enhancing CO2 in the surrounding. So many organizations fail to fulfil the demand for energy according to the need of people. Now they have to utilize hybrid or some innovative hydrogen Technology for transport for vehicles. And this type of Technology needs to be followed for private vehicles also, and the automobile organization needs to take the initiative of generating these kinds of Technology in their manufacturing strategy (Arora et al. 2018).

Demographic changes

The continuous increment of syllables is one of the top environmental sustainability challenges for the business or organization. All the organization has a Marketing department, and they have some specific target for fulfilling the customer needs from South to north, east to west or from developed area to undeveloped area. But due to these problems of rising sea levels, they cannot fulfill their marketing criteria in the coastal area. However sudden appearance of flooding or robust storms also does not allow them to come here, which hampers the overall marketing strategy you did not fulfill the client requirement (Quek et al. 2018).

Soil-contamination

Concrete is a destructive reason for the land, it occurs due to various human activities, like soil contamination, developing or constructing or buildings new organizations. So the organization needs to take the initiative of reforming the existing organization area, rather than forming a new organization. Forming a new organization means indulging soil contamination. However, this kind of problem seems a challenge for the organization, as they can not improve their working area for attracting the customers.

Instability in the workforce

Instability in the work area is one of the crucial consequences of environmental sustainability. This type of challenge arises in the organizational area for the dynamic type of working, it is a kind of contemporary concept, and it impacts negatively on the organization. this is occurred due to the mismatch between functional capability and the expectation of work within deadline, and the consequences of job retention. Sometimes due to the sudden illness or seek the employees expect to leave the organization if the organization fails to allow the leave the job satisfaction arises. The consequence is work instability in the organization. The issues of the socio-economic situation are also the reason for instability in the work area. The outcome faces instability in the working area through National financial and social policy. This is the increment of disability among employees can be seen, which is a big challenge for the organization (De Soete et al. 2017).
