There is a need for every individual within the school community to understand their roles to avoid the same situation’s reoccurrence. Every student should be aware of school policies and comply with them with or without supervisory.
Roles of Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA)
- The vice present for student affairs works with the president and creates an effective and safe environment for student success.
- VPSA ensures the students comply with the institution’s policies, state, and federal-state, including drinking regulations.
- VPSA ensures controls student life by managing student organization, students’ health services, students’ events, and other services that improve the student experience.
- VPSA ensures effective management of student services such as housing, conferences, events, residence life.
Roles of Residence Hall Director
- Manage all activities within the residence hall to ensure smooth operation and a healthy community.
- Provide counseling to students, especially the ones with criminal past
- Plan and conduct social activities such as parties and games
- Provide crisis support and manage conflicts within the halls
- Ensure compliance with policies by enforcing positive hall behavior and meeting with policy breakers

- The counsel ensures the university maintains its integrity and reputation through executive, staff, and student operations.
- The counsel ensures the university in different levels works as a team by complying with legal needs and understanding its goal and mission.
- The counsel ensures the university’s interests are considered before personal desires by the executive, staff, parents, and students.
