We are buried in a culture that has completely devalued us now what am i hoping to do is to set you free from that culture which really created your mentality and of course your mentality becomes your own prison and what I try to do is to break into your mentality and change your ideas you are simply the manifestation of your own ideas that’s what you are and until you change your ideas, your thoughts and, your beleifs, you will never change your life so what I do is I introduce I don’t want to use the term new ideas I introduce the original ideas that you lost back to you I want to begin this segment then talking a little bit about leadership motive but this is the context we’re dealing with first of all write this down truly this ship must lead to change and that change translate into social betterment anyone who says that they are a leader must focus on changing the environment their context you cannot be a leader and everything remains the same if you claim to be a leader and nothing is changing around you or you are not changing anything you are simply a manager not a leader that leads to point number two true leadership should not unmod support any vision or process that perpetuates or gives continuance to social injustice a leader will never imprison people or oppress people it is set people free true leaders deliver people from the inhibitors of life they help people discover that there is no limit to what they can do or become any leader that does not introduce that kind of life to you is not a leader that’s a dictator.
