From the memo example I have used, I believe that a formal and professional tone will appeal to my audience. Objectivity will also enhance my piece’s clarity. Moreover, the paper structure will help me for presentation purposes. Being a typical example of a standard memo, I do not find even a single memo element that I will not apply in my document.
