Q1: Organizations should be changing their positioning depending on the market state. For example, the company is supposed to change its product prices based on the market prices. This is because the business environment is dynamic, and therefore, nothing can remain stagnant for a long time (Grigore & Drăgan, 2015). Adjusting depending on the state of the market will help the organization to remain competitive in the market. This is because it will be varying based on the customers’ needs and try to fit in the market properly. However, there are some disadvantages to changing product positioning. For example, it is expensive to reeducate the customers who are not aware of the changes.
Q2: DBT is a company that manufactures shoes. The popularity of the company has been declining because of the lack of a proper marketing strategy. Considering I have done a product-marketing course, I know how the company can regain its competitiveness in the market. I want to work for the company to help it achieve its sales and marketing performance.
